About the event
This class has it all! Young adults headed to college, serving missions, or taking a gap year do not want to miss out! This is my favorite workshop to teach every year! I love being with young people and seeing their excitement about their future abd also experiencing their creativity.
Young people will learn Cooking basics, such as cooking beans from scratch, steaming vegetables, broiling, baking and more! They will make nutritient dense and simple breakfasts, 3 meals( plus more ideas) with a rotisserie chicken, and healthy non-refined sugar desserts and snacks.
This Workshop will be offered in March and Again in the Summer (Summer dates tba)
